Work Request

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please call the Emergency Maintenance Line at (603) 661-9786 after the business hours of Monday -Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm. In the event of a Fire Emergency please call 911.

The on-call employee will take all the information provided and contact the adequate maintenance personal for the Emergency. Some events that would be considered maintenance emergencies are: water/ no water or flood, no heat, and sewer alarms.
